Agricultural establishment of 3,668 hectares located in the department of Rio Negro, with more than 8 km of coastline on the Rio Negro and direct access by National Route 20.

Coneat weighted index 138. The field has a diversity of soils that allow an efficient combination of agriculture, livestock and afforestation. Agricultural aptitude reaches approximately 50% of the surface, with an agricultural area of 1,568 ha (43%) and a livestock area of 1,978 ha (54%), leaving 122 ha without activity (3%).

It has unlimited availability of water from the Rio Negro and a connection to the electricity grid on Route 20. There is an irrigation project already developed and ready to be implemented, with the possibility of irrigating 1,453 hectares.

The establishment has a manager's house, staff house, stall, office, tool shed, various shed, manga, 4 feedlot pens, fuel tank and Solmix tank.
