Located in the department of Treinta y Tres, on National Route 19 km 248 and just 10 kilometers from the city of Treinta y Tres, El Árbol Solo is a productive 2,776-hectare estate that combines full-cycle cattle ranching, agriculture and rice production, with consolidated infrastructure and an operational scale rarely found in the Uruguayan market.
The farm carries out cattle production on natural grassland and established pastures, with a stable base of 850 breeding cows and a total stock of approximately 2,100 head including cows, calves, steers, heifers and bulls. It currently has 200 hectares of established pastures, with potential for expansion up to 500 hectares.
In the agricultural area, the estate produces approximately 120 hectares of rice per year in rotation with pastures, using water from the Corrales Dam. In addition, it holds a current permit for water extraction from the Olimar River for irrigating maize over 80 hectares, providing flexibility and potential for productive growth.
The property offers outstanding water availability and natural resources, with its northern boundary on the Olimar Grande River and its southern boundary on the Corrales Stream, in addition to native woodland, natural lowlands and extensive areas of productive farmland.
In terms of infrastructure, El Árbol Solo has a main house, a caretaker's residence, a foreman's house and two houses for farmhands, all with access to electricity, water and WiFi. It also has three complete cattle handling chutes, one of them with a new loading ramp for livestock, a main machinery shed and a network of systematized roads, channels and drains that enable efficient operations throughout the year.
